If a product isn't right for your pet, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Condition of returns
Items should be in resellable condition with original packaging where possible. Used grooming and feeding items are still accepted if there's a quality issue.
How to start a return
Email support@pewpetz.store with your order number and a short note about the issue. We reply within 24 hours with a prepaid label where available.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of the return being received or approved.
Damaged or incorrect items
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement immediately at no cost. No return shipping required.
