Processing time
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are packed the next business day.
Delivery estimates
United States and Canada: 3–6 business days. United Kingdom and Europe: 4–8 business days. Australia, New Zealand and Asia: 5–9 business days. Rest of world: 7–14 business days.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Express upgrades are offered at checkout where available.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also check status any time on our Track Order page.
Duties and customs
Any import duties or taxes charged by your local authority are the customer's responsibility. We declare all parcels accurately.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel has not moved for 10 business days, contact support@pewpetz.store and we will reship or refund it.
